Director's Update
May 2013
Hello Everyone.
I hope the month of April has been good to you. It marked a milestone for Eileen and I as I retired on April 15th so now I have no excuses for not working on the Honey-do jobs!! We did enjoy a tour of the bluebonnets in and around Ennis and they were spectacular. We haven’t seen the bluebonnets this plentiful in several years. If you have the opportunity you should drive out to Ennis and enjoy them.
On May 5th we will be attending the AASRA car show at UTA Arlington. This event will serve a dual purpose as we promote LSR VCCA and make a contribution to Mission Arlington as part of our philanthropic giving. We are expecting a good turn out from our Lone Star members.
