· The Registration Tent opens at 9 AM on June 11 

· At that time all spaces not paid for will be available on First Come First Serve basis.

· Late registrants will have their parking passes and food coupons held at the Registration Tent.

· Vendors can begin set up Thursday June 11 at 9 AM

RULES & REGULATIONS

· All spaces are reserved on first come first served basis

· Only 10% non-automotive merchandise on any space

· No firearms allowed on premises (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) HB #1445

· No Food or Beverage sales by vendors

· No golf carts, mini-bikes, motorcycles, ATVs, etc. are allowed to be driven on the premises.  Only handicapped single passenger 3-wheeled scooter or powered wheelchairs allowed.

· We reserve the right to reject and/or eject any person or firm that we deem undesirable for any reason.  All actions and decisions are final.

· IN and OUT traffic may be restricted during peak swap meet hours.

· LSR VCCA and/or Traders Village Ltd ARE NOT responsible for fire, theft or accidents.
